Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sovereign House order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items All items are eligible for return provided they meet the conditions above.
